This interactive online workshop session runs for 3 hours online and is designed for coaches, teachers and volunteers wanting a deeper understanding of the identification and development of Talent. It is open to all, as well as being a mandatory workshops for the FIH Level 4 Coach Certificate.

The workshop session will last for 3 hours and can include a 60 minute off-line group task. This is an interactive learning session with a maximum of 16 participants. This is a mandatory workshop for the FIH Academy Level 3 Coaching course but also open for general participation.
