FIH L4C Performance Coach Award (PCA) (451)
The Performance Coach Award (PCA) is designed for individuals working with senior TOP club or Junior+ National Team Programmes looking to develop their Performance coaching knowledge and skills.
The programme consists of a blend of online, face to face and mentored sessions that support and track candidates through an personalised learning journey. Candidates will join as a single cohort of up to 16 and follow the majority of the programme together.
The face to face element of this programme will take place alongside the Nations Cup in Valencia from 13 to 16 December 2022.
INCLUDED in the course fee: All modules, including the online course, face to face course, e-learning module, 4 workshops and mentoring.
NOT-INCLUDED: All travel and accommodation requirements are the responsibility of the candidate.
To join this programme, applicants must hold the FIH Level 3 Coaching Certificate OR be nominated by their National Association.
